I think you can expect more if you sold them on eBay...you will have a greater market exposure and you will end up with close to market price. Even with all their fees, it will probably end up being more than the flea market. At the flea market, you get haggling people who want pennies on the dollar, and like the other person said, you will probably end up with pesos. |

This is an impossible question to answer. Are you selling clothes, dishes, old appliances, collectibles, furniture, toys, comic books, what? Any guess would be meaningless without knowing what you have to sell. "Decent" isn't much of a description. |

Less than what you would make on eBay.
If you sell things at a flea market you
A) have a very limited, local pool of customers, those who will make the trip to the flea market.
B) People go to a flea market expecting to spend very little, and will lowball you
C) Generally at a flea market, you can only accept cash, and if you are very trusting, mayve a check.
It is very easy to get an eBay sellers account:
Buy a few things, pay for them, and get some feedback points.
Then take photos of what you want to sell, find out what others are selling the same, and starting the bid at, and start your item at slightly less.
Benefits of selling things on eBay:
A) Your pool of customers is huge, essentially everybody with an internet connection
B)People go on eBay expecting to get a deal, but will not lowball you
C) you can accept all types of payment, including those by credit card, using PayPal
I strongly recommend selling these things on eBay. You will get more, it will be less trouble and you don't have to deal with lowballers.
I have sold things on eBay I never thought I would sell, and got a price for them better than I would have believed.
If you don't want to establish your own eBay account, there are businesses that will put things on eBay for you, but they charge a fee (a percentage of the final price) |
