most pubs are el cheapo when it comes to paying out the money..if you got minimum wage you would be lucky as these places think this should be part of the regular helps job.
but if you do line up some work you should get at least seven or eight dollars an hour with no equipment and $ 15.00 per hour if you provide all the cleaning products...I worked in a Pubs owners are always trying to get everything done on the cheap...unless you work for a top of the line establishment..good luck >p.s. the women's room is always the worse condition..trust me!

When I had my pub I paid the cleaner £100 a week for 7 days and I supplied the cleaning materials.
Hope that helps.

I would look at at least £20 per hour for your labour and then charge the consumables to them at the retail price. You I would hope buy these items at a discounted rate from a trade outlet. Bookers is one that comes to mind but there are many others.
Remember that within your charge you must cover travel, insurance, national insurance, accountancy and tools. It is always a mistake to look only at what you appear to be making.
