I have to work in a small office of 8 people. 4 of them are female that dislike me because I am on the ball and are teaming up against me. I do not want to socialize with either of them unless it is work related this is causing an unbelivable amount of tension in the office. My blood pressure is rising... What should I do?

Eh, they are probably jealous and not worth your time!!! Do your work and TRY not to worry about them! Definitely discuss it with your supervisor or manager to see if anything can be done on that end! It's hard being in a small office with such tension! I wish you luck with it! But if you can, don't let it bother you!!!

I wouldn't deal with it personally, id let my boss or supervisor handle it if it becomes too outlandish or anything like that but if theyre jealous let them be...it just shows how juvenile they are...

I know how you feel. I think maybe the best way to deal with it is too be extra nice to them for a while and if they don't pick up on how incredibley immaturely they are behaving then confront them singley to let them know how you feel about their childish attitudes. Or just play it cool, don't let them know they are bothering you it will only give them the satisfaction they crave.

That's a tough question to answer. The only advise I have is that you need to not worry so much about them. Focus on the work, and leave the co-workers out of it. on another note, just go out with them, drink some beers, live a little, and let the steam be blown off. Neither of these are easy choices, but you have little else to work with!

I agree with the answer below, go to you boss. But boss' dont always help. So if that doesnt work, you're best bet is to just do your job. Ignore then are they really worth you getting all worked up over?? If you go on doing what you're suppose to be doing& ignore them thats gonna make you look like the better person!!!
