There is always a way to do things if you look hard enough and want it bad enough. Think about everything in your house what can you sell? or maybe you could get some private investors Good Luck

apply for a business loan if you have decent credit.

It depends on the business, but if you need any sort of materials, stock or staff, you're going to need some cash. Most banks have an advice service for starting a business - drop into your local bank and see if they can arrange a loan.

Go to a seminar. Or better yet, call Donald Trump, he's a self made Billionaire, he's got some serious tips on how to start a business without a penny.

You can earn even without cash or with just a minimum amount of cash by trying out wealth-building programs. You can earn cash just by referring. Take a look at these websites www.u-gotcash.com and www.financeportalsolutions.com

You'll need cash, but that doesn't mean you can't be frugal. Instead of buying Microsoft Office, use open source software, or Google Docs. Consider bartering with other local businesses for discounted or even free services. Finally, if you've got a good business plan, consider a loan to start you out. Start small, but think big!

You can resort to future trading. But it might be very risky.

Depends on what you are talented in.

You can start Manpower placement business without money. You should have contacts with people who wants JOB and companies who wants right people to work for them. This will require good Public Relation Skills

You can plan to organise a small exhibition / event where in you need only little money to print the brochure and then market the event in your city / town, collect 25 % as advance for the booking of space and then collect the rest of the money before the event start. Thats the way exhibition payments are collected. This will require excellent communication, planning and marketing skills

See if either of above works for you if not then let me know so that I can suggest you few more.
