look for someone who sticks out, they all might be good, but one has to be the best. Someone who possesses extremely outstanding quality. If you really can't decide, and they are all equal.
Pick someone at random,
draw a name. There's always next month, you can be fair by switching it up every month. |

IMO...a staff of three would make it hard on morale or make the process insignificant. Each employee would probably be the EOM 4x/yr. or one of your employees would get jealous if they were not chosen an equal amount of times...which is 1/3 of your staff.
Better to go upline with this issue stating the inherent difficulties...and if you have to do it, then I would tell all three that each one will be the EOM at some point or another.

Instead of having one EoM each month, why not have a few different criteria (sales, customer satisfaction, quality control, etc depending on your business) that each employee gets ranked on. That way at the end of each month you can see who performed best in each area, and award them the "Sales EoM" or "QC EoM". Chances are one employee won't get all the "awards" each month, and it gives everyone a chance to be recognized for what they do best. |

You have to? If you're forced to choose one, then start by who's missed less days, who's stayed late things like that!! I guess it would be difficult. Choose all three! Give them a name, and submit Team whatever you call them as your employee of the month!!!! Do they know you make the decision. If they don't then don't worry about it!!! Sorry I couldn't be of more help! |
