just plain and simple - fire them you cant have a employee that you dont trust period! cheaper to find new help then to install cameras and stress over what kind is the best- just simply tell them that its just not working out and thanks for everything and if you need them in the future then you will call them - wam bam problem solved! |

what kinds of drugs? if it is pot then i wouldn't bother. but any of the "war on drugs" drugs? contact the FBI anonymously and tell them the dilemma. they will likely want to set up a sting operation. they are far more interested in catching the dealers than taking your license, all you have to do is ensure you are not involved and do not intend to be involved. go rent Cidade de Deus and you'll call the FBI the next day, I guarantee it. |

Getting them on camera is a must. You must have some hidden cameras that only you and the security company know about or you will never get them on camera. Once you have them on camera ask them to come to your office and quietly give them their walking papers. No muss no fuss and hopefully no retaliation. But if possible I would also video tape the meeting when you let them go in case you do have a problem. |

Yeah, this is no good...get rid of them even if you suspect something is fishy...It is not worth losing your livelyhood over. Look into a computerized security system that allows you to look into the store from home over the internet...about the same price as traditional camera sysems. |

I would think that if you contact the authorities about it first, then you probably won't lose your liquor license if you cooperate and help them bring them in. As long as you aren't part of the scam you shouldn't be punished. |

I'd go with a surveillance system, and most importantly contact your local detective unit from the local P.D. THIS way they are aware that you are aware, but more importantly you want to do something about it. This way your license IS NOT in jeopardy. |

I would get rid of them, because it is not worth losing your licenses or be charged for a crime that you did not commit. If they go down for dealing in your place of business, they will probally take you down with them. All the would have to say is that they were selling for you. It may or may not stick, but who wants to go through that type of trouble when they are completely innocent. |

Monitor them for a while (not too long, though), and if you still suspect something, get rid of them. If you have any evidence of them dealing besides suspicion, call the police. Then hire new people who you feel better about trusting... but keep an eye on them, too, just in case.

First get them out, you don't need to risk your store getting closed by police over some bad employees. It's probably not worth it to try to prove their wrongdoing and send them to jail. Then find some good replacements. |

you have to have a concrete proof of it before you turn them in. I don't think you need to worry for reputation. What you should do is to do the right thing. First, get the proof somehow, then think what you should do with them. Maybe it's better to talk to them directly and explain that you have to fire them because you don't want them selling drugs in your store. Being straight forward won't let them have any grudge against you later on you know. |

Go to the police- talk to a detctive. They'll probably ask you to hire someone to work undercover. If it's your store and it gets busted w/o your cooperation, you will be in big trouble. |
