A lot of people go on vacation during the summer. Let your neighbors know you're available to water plants, feed pets, pick up their mail/newspaper.
You can also recycle. Have your parents collect recyclables at work, ask others to save them for you. Most people just let the garbage service pick up recyclables, so they should be happy to let you have theirs. Then take everything to a recycling center and watch the dollars add up! |

Ask your mom if you can have a yard sale. Get rid of all the old junk that you don't use anymore. Or start a little cleaning business for family members and neighbors. Then there's always babysitting. |

You could make some type of craft and ask your parents to sell them to co-workers or friends. Even your friends might be interested. |

You could baby-sit for some of your neighbors or some of your parents' friends. You could do small housework for others as well. Ask your parents if you can do chores around the house for money. It can be fun *wink*
Ask your parents for ideas as well. |

Do some odd jobs for relatives or trusted neighbors (meaning - don't do work for the creep down the street). Mow lawns, do some weeding, walk dogs... just talk to people and see what they need done. |
