The first step would be to analyze your skills and determine if there is any need for them. The are millions of online sellers and that may not be as lucrative as you may hope. One suggestion :
take a physical inventory of the things you have. Some of these things will have little or no value to you. Post some of these items on ebay and hope for the best. Take note, the more detailed and grammatically correct your listings are, the more you may get paid for your items. So it would benefit you to mimic other professional sellers rather than just writing LooK in the headlines. After you have some a few successful sales, ask your friends and family members to consign goods to you, with the understanding that you will retain 25% of the sales amount and any handling fees that are above the actual costs. (You should be able to find people to give you most of the materials for free, as they want to recycle, and yet buyers expect to be charged for these as well.) Some auctions Only create money through the handling fees, and not through the sale of the products. With a little time invested in teaching yourself the rudiments, you should have some money rolling in. You'll want to get "testimonials"from your customers and ask them to refer you to their friends and family. If you want to get them really excited, offer them 20% of the commissions you earn on their referrals. good luck with your home working! |

Well, what do you like doing? Is there something that you have knowledge or a desire to do? What's important to you in choosing a home based business?
For me, I had to ask myself a lot of questions.....I had a criterai built as to what would be acceptable to me and what wouldn't and you will want to do that for yourself as well. For example:
- Do you want everything to operate from home?
- Do you want the freedom of choosing your own hours?
- Do you want to do direct sales or not?
- Do you enjoy doing home demo parties or would you rather that never happen?
- What kind of start up costs are you comfortable with?
- Is a residual income important to you or are you happy with a trading time for money situation like a typical job?
I could keep going here but I think you get my drift? From here you should be able to look at all sorts of opportunities and narrow it down to one that you feel really good about!
I also suggest that when you explore the opportunities that look exciting to you that you really take your time.....look at them inside and out and if everything is above board and honest and you really love the journey that you're about to embark on....go for it and have a great time with your new love!

If you are truly serious about starting your own business from home my best advice is to find a mentor. Someone who can steer you away from the scams and show you different options.
Don't buy ebooks, don't buy memberships, don't buy anything. It will just overload your information station.
I've been working online for just over 9 years, and I've done just about every type of moneymaking opportunity there is.
I've experienced success and failure.
