The best course of action is getting someone who can do all of the above but most of all knows how to get steady flow of visitors with intent to your site. A hundreds of them a day.
Free, inexpensive or the most expensive website is worth nothing to you without a traffic. You might as well post it on the North Pole.

You can get a domain name from places like http://www.godaddy.com. It will cost you $10/year or you can Google maddog domain, and you can get a domain name for $6.95/year.
As far as website is concern, well you might want to learn to be a web designer or hire someone to do it for you. Another option is used a template to create a website. Once you have a website, you'll have another problem, like marketing your website, like doing online advertising, maybe newspaper advertising, and search engine optimization.
There is another option where you can let a lot of people know about your business like Ebay. Here you can open an Ebay Store, cost you about $15.00 a month.
Another site is called http://www.moli.com. You might want to check this site out. There is a business account here, where you can showcase your business, I think it cost $3 or $5/month.
