do a lot of investigation and write a business plan to see if it really is profitable - rents in malls are very high - if you start out slow, will you have the money to pay the rent out of your own pocket - are you willing to work 7 days, 80 hrs a week for maybe minimum or no wage? |

You're not too old to change careers! Just be prepared for the potential that the business could fail...don't do anything like empty your retirement savings or your emergency savings account in order to open the business. |

Never too old to be an entreprenuer. Find out about COSTS before you do anything; including rent. That is going to be a killer in a mall. Words of advice I'll pass on to you and anyone else reading this, Do not go into business undercapitalized. Which means..make SURE you have enough money to carry the business. |

i have been job jumping since i was 16, i could never find out what my dream job was. maybe starting my own art store is a good idea for me too.
Have Fun! :) |

You're never to old to start over. Life's too short to waste your time doing something you don't love.
Good luck! |

You are never too old. Harlen Sanders started Kentucky Fried Chicken in his 70's. |

Most famous people didn't come into their own until after the age of 40. And most normal folk don't get their true groove on until closer to 50.
Oprah, Donald Trump, Martha Stewart, Henry Ford, etc..
That means you're ahead of the game!
You're never to old! |
