Leave out the hyphen. It's one more thing for a person to have to remember. The public wants things to be as easy as possible. Good luck in your business! |

I have a hyphen in my web address and I have to say it's a real nuisance when trying to tell someone the web address over the phone. Some people don't know what a hyphen is, and even if you say "you know, like a minus sign or a dash" they still get it wrong! |

What does nou mean?
noudiner.co.uk is fine but if you use the hyphen make sure that you can search on your domain by typing in nou diner in the search bar.. |

Unless you intend your business to be a UK brand it makes no odds what you use as your domain name. I'd start off with a location indicator e.g. www.swindondiner.co.uk - Nou diner sounds a bit twee - people are unlikely to get the spelling as you use it, so they won't find you by guessing your domain name. |
