Thanks for the great answers...
I have been thinking and i'd like to start planning small events like stork parties and anniversary parties, wedding showers etc...I have some experience with this and really enjoy doing this kind of thing. I could quite easily build up a portfolio...would you make use of a service like that? I would do everything for decorations to invites... This was very little capital is needed.

Make sure you know the business inside and out before putting any money into it, watch out for MLM or pyramid businesses, some are legit but most are bogus. If you cant see yourself spending the amount of money they want you to sell a product for honestly then its over priced and you wont move any product. Do some reading on starting up businesses and investing. There are some good books to get you into the business owner mindset and help you in your pursuit to financial Independence.

Well, I advice something that you will enjoy doing.. but form my point of view i suggest
baby-sitting, bakery, McDonald's?, Burger King?, In n Out?,
car wash, B robins, and yea.. you get the point :P...
there are lots of things you can do... just try to find non-tiring-easy-money-jobs :D |

I would have a long (that's loooong) think about what you really want to do. There seem to be many different franchise available these days which can be highly successfull, but from what I have heard these can be expensive to buy into. Otherwise, try to think of something different. Is there something that your suburb could really benefit from? Do you have talents or passions - these would be great motivators for you.

I would have to disagree, never do something you like, if you do then you will fail and eventually get bored of. Do something you will always have something to learn from. Never set super big goals, set small ones and from there add more goals. |
