Dude, you have no chance of success. What are you thinking?
ALL YOU CAN EAT TAKE-OUT SEAFOOD. LOL Not to be harsh, but dude think about it! Me thinks you're just teasing. (I liked your pun)
Seriously, the restaurant business is a tough business. Most restaurants don't make it through the first year.
If a restaurant is still in business after 5 years, they MAY have a chance of making it a 6th year.
Go back to plumbing. Did you give plumbing a chance? |

Don B has got it pretty close. You need a very good location and then you need good food. |

Statistically, not so great. Restaurants are one of the highest failure rate businesses around. There is something like a 25% chance you won't even make it through the first year (about 50/50 if you'll make it to 5 years). But don't let numbers hold you back, If it's what you want to do, do it. Besides, the restaurants that do succeed, often do VERY well.
I'm told the biggest thing is to make sure you have a concrete business plan, and enough funding to make it through the tough points around opening, when you don't have many regular customers yet. |

Not good. More restaurants fail than succeed. |

Normally, all-you-can-eat buffets are never take-out. |

There are three rules to a successfull restaurant:
1. Location
2. Location
3. Location |
