I have a small website and am posting on Gumtree but need some other hints!

CALL YOUR LOCAL RADIO OR ADS IN THE PAPER, ALSO MANY RESTAURANTS WILL HANG POSTERS FOR U GOOD LUCK

put an ad in the local paper, newsagents windows, community centre etc. if you can afford it, try leaflets through letterboxes

All you have to do is iron a few creases out and your their, good luck

many leaflets in your local shop..the old people round there..busy mums,who are working..they used to chargeÂ£1O pounds for a black bag of ironing,,and Â£2 to delivery..mary.c.

You can use Yahoo! Auction, Mocca or the expat forum to advertise your service.

Try a leaflet drop, ask family and friends to give you half a day one weekend you can design and print them yourself, A5 size is ideal. I've done it for my business, 1000 leaflets printed and delivered for less than Â£75.

Get yourself some adverts in the local advertising papers, put some up in all of your local shops and get some flyers printed out to post through doors. You could ask if the local schools would allow you to stick some up there too as i would think lots of busy mums would use your service. Tell as many people as you can and ask them to spread the word.
