It is better to host a good website with photo,product details, availability,shipment,payment &etc: and also inform about bulk orders concessions etc: then advertise in proper magazines: find in some B2B websites: if you need international orders; you have get IE coe number, FPO license, and qunaradine certificates etc;

You can search the buyers through google search engine ,find their addresses through their website and mail them. You also need to have a good marketing hand.

Why don't you try eBay? I am not sure if eBay has category for Snacks & Sweets.

If they dont have it, better way is to have your own web site and then do marketing online.
