First of all, make sure you or your people know their business really well! Having to pay for upholstery damaged by inadequate cleaning products or for carpets damaged by chlorine is not very nice. Second, always be carefull who your employees are. You don't want your customers to raise claims for petty theft. Third, the people you use should be clean themselves.
