delivery time means they will mail it within 1 business day from post of payment.
So, If you bought and paid for something on Saturday (which is not a business day ) the first BUSINESS DAY to mail would be Monday.. and then the earliest you would receive this item would be Wednesday or Thursday unless you pay for overnight shipping (which the auction will state) which doesn't always reach a person overnight either.
Common sense should prevail here...
Even priority which is the next fastest route of transportation is 2-3 days |

One day is pretty unrealistic. But remember one working day means it wouldn't be there until Tuesday (Saturday and Sunday do not count).
The mail systems in most countries are not perfect and once the seller gives the item to them its not their fault it hasn't arrived at your place yet.
Email the Seller, ask them how it was sent and when.
Sellers want good feedback they aren't in it to get bad feedback. If the seller doesn't respond with in 24 hours you can always put in a Dispute.. but usually you have to wait a certain number of days to do so. |

that is something you are going to have to ask the seller. Maybe the actual shipping only takes one day, but he hasn't put it in the mail yet. |

Email the seller and ask when the CD was mailed. Let them know it hasn't arrived yet. Usually the seller will try to help. Also, for whatever reason, the post isn't always as fast as expected and your item could be delayed a bit. |

Delivery will probably take one day but when did the seller say they were going to post it? Email the seller through eBay and ask for it to be posted asap. |

Although a lot of these things say 'one day' its always best to add on another day or two. If you have paid for door to door service I would query it. Its not always the senders fault so email them & politely ask what the holdup is. |

I am a seller on Ebay and I had a buyer who also complained. I think it is down to a combination of the Royal Mail (down where my partner is, a first class letter can take up to a WEEK), but also, it can be down to the seller, who probably hasnt been bothered to post it yet. I once waited a month for something to come that was one working day first class. |

Ive had to wait weeks for somethings off ebay that say 1st class etc... very annoying when you bu an xbox came and want to play it! Could be for various reasons - if you bought it from a shop then they tend to send everything bought from them out at once at the end of the week. It could be that the person you bought it off advertised it as coming from the UK when actually they were from Hong Kong where it coul take up to 3 weeks... (happened to me).
If none of the above, the seller probabyl just hasnt been bothered to post it yet.
You cant really file complains etc until 2 weeks have passed. |

Send him an email first. You must remember people nick a couple of quid by saying first class mail, next day etc. But just stick in the post at the cheapest rate.Sorry to say, when you leave feedback mention it there. |

Did you pay by PayPal? If not, then the seller is probably waiting for the cheque to clear before they send the goods. If you did pay by PayPal, then you should email the seller and remind him that it that he said First Class mail and that you expected to receive it by now. |

Email the seller and ask if they sent it "that" day. Just cuz it said one day delivery, that doesn't mean it was actually sent the day you paid for it or the day after. Some people only make a trip to the post office once a week.
Did you let the seller know you were in a rush?
Take a deep breath and relax lol |

Reread the terms that the seller put forth. If it was a guarantee by the seller, then the seller needs to keep it. If it was just a guideline as to how long 1st class standard "usually" takes, then that's different.
And like others said, unless specified otherwise, the seller will need the time to actually get the package ready before it's sent.
Anyway, reread the details, and if the seller's not giving what you paid for, then give him/her a bad review, contact eBay about it if you have to, and try to arrange some sort of discount from the seller. |

First of all email the sender, just enquire what the hold up is. It could be something simple like they have been unwell and not able to get to the post office. If they havent replied to you by tomorrow and still no package i would advise going to paypal.
If the seller has a seller rating of i think 95% or more (you need to check on paypal for accurate) paypal will open a dispute for you. If the the seller does not respond then you can claim your payment back via paypal and then the seller has to pay back paypal!
Good Luck |

The question is best directed to the seller... not here. We didn't sell it, or ship it to you.
Did you pay for 1 day shipping? |
