Also, YTB is a great way as well... I havent done it yet because with my son and other 2 companies i don't have the time to work that business... but its online travel site. Honestly, surveys are a waste of time. The ones that offer the most money require you to sign up for a service that usually costs you money. If I were you, I would keep an eye out for a better job, one with better pay or possibly a night job along with the job you have. There is no surefire way to make easy money. If it was so easy no one would leave their homes to work. |

I wonder if the people recommending "Do Surveys" are getting paid to get you to do surveys? From personal experience they are a waist of time and very frustrating!
So, for all you survey lovers already-- read the answers before telling another this is a great way to earn money- once is enough! Tell us something we haven"t already heard a thousand times before.

Ok, I see you've got a lot of answers. I almost didn't answer, but here goes anyway...
If you're going to work online, it's going to take some time to make money. Why? Because of the learning curve. Based on what you said, one opportunity that comes to mind is affiliate marketing (aka internet marketing).
The idea is that when you drive traffic to a website you make money. This is where the learning curve is. How long will it take you to figure out how to drive traffic and then get them to buy something?
As a matter of fact, a lot of the scams out there claim to teach you this secret on making money online, but what they are really talking about is affiliate marketing. The reason why they are scams is because they don't really tell you how to do it. They just take your money.
The truth is affiliate marketing is where it's at.
The other opportunities like having an online store or selling on ebay and the other stuff may require more than you are willing to give. Plus retail is cut throat.
Just remember this... making money online is really like having your own business. Actually it is your own business.
If you're not really interested in running a business, then don't try making money online ... just look for a part time job locally.

Survey sites take way too much time for next to no return. You won't qualify for most of the surveys, or they will be full, or they will error out before you get to the end. I've tried a few with no luck. It took me 5 months to make $30 on one site. And alot of the sites put you into a drawing for the prize. After doing the survey you aren't gauranteed ANY compensation at all. But you have as good a chance as EVERYONE else.
Take a look at every penny you spend. Carry a notepad around with you and write down every purchase you make. How many of your purchases are not really necessary? And, NO, Starbucks is NOT necessary. You could increase your spendable cash quite a bit by changing a few habits.
If that is not enough, you could get a second job outside the house. I used to work for a temp agency moving computers from one floor to another for an insurance company. The work was easy and paid pretty well. The problem is part time work is tough to find right now.
If you can't do anything outside the house for whatyever the reason, you really need to have something unique to sell to make it in any online business. There is alot of competition online. If there were an easy way to make money, no one would tell you about it because they would want as much of the business for themselves as possible.
If you are having financial difficulties, you need to step up and make a difference in your financial future by getting a second job of some sort. Especially if you have a spouse and/or children.
Start your own side business. Most people have some interest that other people would pay them to do, so they don't have to it themselves. The trick is fiugring it out. I do powerwashing, deck refinishing and paver installations. My daughter does custom handmade invitations. My uncle does lawn mowing. His wife does book keeping. All of us do these things in addition to our regular full time jobs. Do you have any special knowledge or talent you could turn itno a business?
