100 quid, let me think, not bloody much to go off mate is it. How about investing it back into student circles and setting up a website that reviews essays cause no student ever seems to know how to reference literature and they'd all rather go to the pub and pay someone to proof read there work. If it takes off let me know I want in.. |

You have to combine capital - £100 - with work. You have to consider you attributes - as a student - that may be intellectual property or potential. You could invest in a glass cleaner, anti bacterial cleaner and a few cans of compressed air and start a business cleaning computers (You will need a electric screwdriver too). The university computers will work better and require less maintenance if cleaned professionally every 3 months - every month in places where people smoke. You could diversify into cleaning and sterilising telephones - reducing infection and staff sickness rates. You could even diversity into sterilising door handles and other things people touch and spread bacteria through.
Or you could put a notice on the notice board persuading fellow students to phone a premium rate phone line for a chance to win an Ipod! Then there would be no actual work involved - except for sending out an Ipod a couple of times a year. |

i think you need to rethink your strategy mate, £100 is not giong to get you anywhere and even thinking along those lines you wouldn't hold a business for long, small businesses are going under faster than ever, besides that wouldn't even buy me an outfit for the weekend lol |

you dont say what you are studying...but maybe you can start something in that line. Get some advice from your careers councellors and see what they say. you may be able to top this up with a business loan or something. |

if you are good on your pc then something which I got recommended and took up was this : http://www.website.ws/frankopaul... it isn't going as well as hoped but it certainly a good opportunity and great as I can work on it from home and it was free to start. I know a few people who are doing this and seem to be doing very well, but I cannot get myself very far ? probably because I am a bit lazy
also it won't cost you £100 to start up, it cost's nothing ! |

Visit the excellent made-in-china.com site for ideas. You can buy t-shirts on there for about 40p each and they will sew on a logo of your design for another 20p. There may be a minimum order tho - so try and get another student involved. Good luck. |

Two things you can do.
If you are a good writer, editor, etc, start with a basic website, add paypal and post an ad on craigslist.
You'll write anything from business letters to resumes, to essays, to thesis.
That's all you have to do. |
