Selling any kind of jeweler at a pawnshop is never a good deal and watches are a worse, women's watches even more so. women don't buy expensive watches from pawnshops, i have a pawnshop its a sad fact. in less it had a huge chunk of gold in it that i could scrap i probable wouldn't even take it. not because its not nice, there is just no market for it. say you found a pawnshop that did have a market for it they could still only sell it for 25-30% of retale, just because they aren't what most people would concider a reputable dealler. so say its really nice that 30% really at the most so they could only sell it for maybe $900 witch meens they would only give you $300 for it. and that would be top dollar i would be amazed if you got that. Sorry to be the barer of bad news.

My guess would be $250, but you can negotiate.
I used to be a minority partner in a pawn shop. Although I was not close to it's day-to-day operations, I am familiar with how it works. The first problem is that while $3k could have been a purchase price, the resale value is usually much lower. Especially if there are blemishes, out-of-date fashion/design. Watches are not easy to sell. In addition, the shop owner gotta make a profit.
Most stuff that is brought in is the result of some dark desperate situation - stolen, need drugs, gambled the shirt away, getting divorced and giving the spouse stuff away just to inflict as much pain as possible, etc, etc. This is not the place to get the fair value for your stuff. |

Why the heck do you have a 3000 dollar watch? I mean they all do the same thing. They tell time! I like a little style now and then but 3000? Thats a hell no! If you pawn the watch you will probably get around 1000 dollars for it. that sucks!! |

Pawning it off will be a bad decision because they'll rip you off, selling it online or asking around will be better off for you! |

Pawn shops are cheap.
On average, I'd say depending on the pawn shop, they will prolly give you about $600.
At most, they will give you about $800. |

they'll say about 600-800 at first but they dont mean it... only a retard would accept their first offer... you have to negotiate. i'm guessing they'll buy it for 1200 maybe 1500 |

You should auction it off on eBay. It will be worth more than pawning it. |

I say, Don't pawn it just yet. I suggest you to try selling it on amazon and keep it on list for a couple of months, and if noone buys, you might be able to pawn it for 1500 |
