you already have a turnover of 3 crores, now ebay wont be helpful in india atleast, try tradeindia.com and indiamarket.com agritrade.com or something like that.
find out what cost benefits can you offer against your compititors.
if you want to make it big, you should brand your products.
get a good advertiser, cheap advertising wont do.
quality of packaging and presentation wud be important.
find out distributors, reach every part of the country
give higher margins to wholesalers and retailers,

It feels great to answer when my turnover is not even 3 Rs.Anyway,first,get your vision right like what you want and where you can be in three years time by utilising present capacity.Then work out a figure which will be required to expand whose cost can be taken care of by present profits.Then,survey markets as to what products are more in demand in what season.Then go for final things like loans,web promo etc. |

i don't know why u ask such question, but if i had turnover like this, then no body can stop me.
i also started my bussiness two yrs bfr on rented place and with hired machines and i had Rs. 30 lakh turnover last year 10% of your turnover. but my growth rate is almost 100% ever yr. and i had a vision for making it big too. but funds is my actual problem.anyway here we are talking about your problem.
what i think you should go for brand establisment and increased your production capacity and recruit efficent staff to sale that production. Recruting right people is always helpful because you can't do everthing your own. i don't know whether you associate with C&F agents or not, if not then they are the right People for you. and export also helps you. or you can contact Big retail Stores like Reliance,Airtel subeeksha, Spencer etc.
hope you tried all these before but if not then try them now.
