honestly don't know where to start. Here is my Vision.

I would like to build a shopping mall from the ground up. Not me in particular, but I would like to have one built and I want to be the owner.

I want to have all the normal stores like, Sears, KB TOYs, Radio Shack, etc. BUT I want to have some of my own store too that will benefit people.

Of course there would be separate floors for that.

I really don't know what that would be called, (Owning a Shopping Mall) Is that a Mall Developer?
What qualifications do you need to have in order to do something like this?
How do you get started?

I want to be able to have complete control of my Mall.

How would I get Sears and other stores like that to be part of my Mall? How does all this work?

My Self-Esteem is not that low to be hurt by any of your words or negative criticism. Also, a special note to NIQUE TA MERE, First of all, I didn't use any slang language. Second of all there is not cell phone in my ear. Third of all, you will never be successful with the type of outlook that you had on life. When I'm at the top, I'll see you at the bottom. When I'm up front, I'll see you in the back. When I achieve my goal, I'll see you putting in an application to work for me. You wouldn't be good enough to mop my floor. Nice try pal.
