this invention will double your memory, it will have you 95% ready for any type of exams (with use of course) it gives you confidence in whatever you'd like to be good at.
great for teachers and students of ALL ages. your kids will need it and love even yourself. i'm not bs'ing i am very serious. how do i get help without anyone knowing my invention? i'm afraid once my invention is found people with money could just easily make their own version of the product. |

Yeah it's called speed! No wait...real answer here...
You can never protect your invention ever. Even if you get a patent that doesn't guarantee protection...that means you can take the document to court and say "here's my document see what it does!"...meaning you need the money to sue people if they steal your ideas. What's worse is that those shiny patents are publicly available! The best way to introduce a new product without having it ripped off by a major corporation while you are still designing it is to finish everything with the product (design, testing, prototype, etc.) then go get the patent and introduce the product while the patent is pending, so at least you're moderately covered.
But again to reiterate...if making a billion dollars was so easy then there would be more billionaires. |

you have to actually have a blueprint of the structure of it or a how to build it manual for it, or an actually model , built out, for it, i think and then get it i guess copywriten and pattened |

Get a patent. It will cost a few $ but if your invention is that great you will be a millionaire in no time anyway. Don't waste any time. Get out there and get a patent. That way even if someone rich does steal your idea then you could sucessfully sue for monetary damages. Without the patent you would have to prove that the invention was yours and that someone else didn't come up with the exact idea. Good luck and I look forward to seeing what you came up with!
One other thing, if you decide to sell your idea to someone wealthy, then in the process make sure you get a deal where you get a small percentage of the profits of every sale. You could take a one time lump sum but then that's it. If you sell for 7 million then that is all you would get and someone else would profit for years. A better arrangement would be 7 million and 5% of all sales. Then money would continue to roll in for a long, long time or maybe forever, depending on your invention and how it can be marketed and sold. Once again, good luck! |

Well, I think you're full of hot air, but if what you say you have is real, then you need to get a patent so others can't steal your idea. Then sell it. |

And try and find some investors who would be willing to help you make your product reality. |
