You can file a law suit for libel and slander as long as you can prove that you are losing business because of this. If he is doing so on your property you can call the police and have him arrested, assuming of course that he is no longer an employee. If you have not yet fired him, do so and do it now. |

A restraining order, get a peace officer to witness as you tell him or her they are trespassing. A surveillance system and good luck. |

an employee or ex-employee? 'cause if it is the first, I'd start by firing him. Then, obtain a restraining order so he can't come within X feet of your place of business. |

So why haven't you called the cops?
She's harassing your customers and interfering with your business, that's illegal.
Call the cops, you may be able to get a restraining order that makes her stay away from you, your business, or your customers. |

If he's an ex-employee:
Can you have the police talk with him and maybe get a restraining order for him to stay at least 500 yards away from your business? |

If you can prove they are lying you can charge them with slander...you may even be able to sue. Get proof, then talk to a lawyer. |

Try to treat yourt employees better and more like people.. The employer is the man and the employee is the people.. The man only thinks of the bottom line but the employees are what make the company work out properly most of the time. Have some appreciation while they are good employees then you wont have to deal with the bad ones because they will love you. If they dont love you after you were good then you can guilt free fire them .. basically guilt free. You probably deserve it if you are an employer.. |
