i had a girl working for me before and she has left about 2weeks ago... my bank statment shows that some 'refunds' have been made from my business account through my PDQ machine to the same customer sevral times whereas i do not have any documents showing that we had to refund any customer... i think that that girl used the refund option from my business's PDQ machine to steal money... but i have no prove?? what do i do now? |

I guess you mean you have been robbed!
Contact the card company to get details of the transactions if you can. If they are refunds made to a genuine customer this should be possible to investigate -
failing any help there the police should be informed and let them chase up the odd refunds - if the card exists it will now be in credit or will refund to a bank account so the user should be able to be followed up unlesss it was a false account set up just for this fraud - which seems unlikely. |

this is a very old scam shes had a friend come into the business and has given her refunds on goods over the retail price.its theft and you should report her,check all the transactions that she made i bet shes done a lot of other little tricks as well scanning one item while passing through 2 etc.next time watch your staff very carefuly and take up all their referances. |

talk to the bank and her I suppose, bank should help you , if you do get proof then to the police it is for you to go and report. |

Contact the bank, Find out who the account belongs to that the refunds went to, and tell them it is fraud. They will help you from there. |

Contact her and say you have found some discrepencies in your accounts from the till, from when she was there , prior to you going to the police and the bank who have both assured you it is traceable , is there any possiblity that she may have made a repayment by mistake, if so, if she reimburses you nothing more will be said , if not, you will put it into the hands of the police and insist on action for theft as a matter of tracing who is responsible, if she objects to you tell her that all persons who where in use of the till have been given the same option. |
