Not bad. Your Navigation bar needs some work. See if you can use some sort of graphical tabs or scripted mouse overs. |

I looked at the page, and it looks very easy to use. My suggestion is that you make it a little easier to see what trophy/plaque you are selecting. It turns white when you hover over it, but it's hard to tell.
Good job! |

it appears to be simple yet functional, from a brief test it seemed like everything was working..... although the very first thing I noticed was you misspelled price with pice.... |

Yes it is easy to use. But you can't click on any of the pictures to get a description of a better larger view. I don't want to have to search and then refind that item. Make all pictures linked !!1
And I DON"T BELIEVE your opening statement that:
"you are America's leader in the awards and trophies business" when the website isn't even up and running yet!!!
Try NOT TO LIE or even BEND THE TRUTH on a website. It discredits you right off the bat.
YOU may be ONE OF THE LEADING ~ just say that.
Personally I've never heard of the name even. |

Looks good. As mentioned earlier, you can work on the navigation bar to line it up. I would make it so that whenever you hit on the Boht Trophy name at the top it takes you back to the home page. You may just haven't added it yet, but I'm always suspicious of a company that doesn't list either a street address or phone number in the about us or contact us sections. |

I just checked out the site- good job!
The site looks very clean and organized. The fact that you have a search feature really helps a lot. I really like the fact that you used pictures to display the products. You wouldn't believe how some e-commerce sites just list products without pictures and expect people to buy!
One thing I would like to add is less is better when it comes to number of clicks. I noticed there's quite a few clicks you have to go through when it comes to purchasing or completing the transaction (about 7 clicks from main page to checkout). Maybe you can combine some of the steps so that it's all on one page and processes once, minimizing the number of clicks. From a business/marketing standpoint, you want to make it so that it's as quick and easy as possible for the consumer to purchase the product. Some people have really slow connections, and sometimes an extra click or two makes the difference in a completed transaction or one that might be canceled because there's too many steps involved and frustration. Think of when you go to a store and they have those impulse items near the register- it doesn't give people time to think about it or change their mind.
Hope this helps- good luck with your site! It's looking good! |

looks good....your margins are a bit wide though....which shrinks some of the fonts on my screen. Otherwise it's top notch. |

I think that the products need better descriptions.
For example, the dimensions should be listed with each item.
The thumbnail sized photos are fine, but you need to let the customer click on them to get a bigger, better image and description.
If they can't be there to see it in person, you need great photos and a great description, with specifications, to sell it. |

It looks ok. The cursor doesn't change over buttons that can be used which always confuses me. If you could change that so customers know which buttons to push that would help. |

That's quite tastefully done. Good job.
Have you thought of dressing it up with a well placed
photo or two representing sport or whomever gets the award/trophy?
It would help connect the product with the customer.
Make sure any photos you add are color coordinated with the site are well taken, not contrasty and don't draw away from the content. You could try blurring them for the background and perhaps overlaying the page color over a black and white photo. You need not fill the whole space with a photo but just a section.
Look here for idea:

Very nice and easy
But it would be better if the font was abit bigger (for the trophy names) |

The only think I found lacking were all the images you go too are very small. Some of the acrylics look very nice but when you click on the image you go to an equally small image, it would be nice to be able to see something a little bigger to get a better look, or if it's already possible it should be easier to get to because I couldn't find it. |
