I just want to know where to report a website that might be a scam?
I ordered favors from this website favorwarehouse.com which is based in US and I have not received my order for almost a month now. Their website says that orders are shipped out 5 days after it is ordered. But i have not receieved any tracking or whatso ever. I checked the status of my order on their site and its been on PRINTED for a couple of weeks now. I tried calling the number but they put you on hold for 15 minuted then you get an answering maching saying that they are close even though its within the business hours and you get the answering machine
Better Business Bureau would be my best guess on who to report. On top of that, if you purchased a pretty significant amount...look at suing them. Leave them a pleasant message letting them know that you will be contacting a lawyer in the morning and need to know who your lawyer should contact lest he/she goes to the judge for an injunction on their website (not totally sure you can do that but it sounds good anyway LOL)

Has your credit card been charged? If not there is nothing to report. If it has you should first contact your card company and they should be able to resolve the matter for you.
Good question! This happened to me too with Halloween costume items. I'm interested in the responses you get, but don't have an answer...sorry. Good for you for reporting.
