I need a work from home business or job. Any suggestions?

I have some time to spare and I need to make some extra money. I have being running into all those scams that offer so much then throw the money amount at you to start. I want something that is not asking for money. obviously if I had the money I would not be looking for work. Please don't tell about surveys. I don't want to waste my time for 5 cent or less. It just doesn't add up. Thank YOU

My suggestion is first figure out what you want to do. Work for someone else, or venture into your own business. These are two totally different ways to work from home. With home based jobs, the income is steady, however the amount of income you earn is low. Minimum waged. Getting a home based job is going to be very difficult as well. The economy is bad, so a lot of people are being forced to look for alternative ways to make ends meet or even to get ahead. So home based jobs are in high demand. The other way would be better in my opinion because it gives you a greater income opportunity.

You could start your own service business that you can perform at home, such as web or graphic design. Bookkeeping is possible, but most clients will prefer you to come to their offices. Also check out Guru and eLance for freelance work you might be qualified for.

You could also think about getting a second job outside the home, perhaps in retail or serving at a hotel restaurant where the hours aren't so late that you'll be wrecked for your day job the next morning. Your willingness depends on how stuck you are for money, but a real job is guaranteed hours and pay.

The "online" jobs are all nonsense. Don't waste another minute looking for one.

Can I ask you something? How often can you get something great for nothing? Sometimes you have to invest some money to come out on top. The companies that require no money often do not work out in the end, or pay very little. The key is how little can you invest, and if you invest can you make your money back quickly? Another important thing is to invest in things you would have to spend money on anyway. Also if you invest make sure to have a support team. Here is what I do :)
