Babysit! Or send out a flyer that you can walk people's dogs for money. Or dogsit when people go out of town. There are so many things to do! Learn to make jewelry and sell it to your friends. If you did all of these things you would make a lot of $$$. :) |

If you make handmade items - try etsy. Martha Stewart recently really promoted this site, and who knows - she might find your stuff on there and ask you to be on her show and you could be famous.
Then of course, you could also take items to local flea markets and someone already suggested that you try ebay.

Ask your school if they know programs that help kids to get a job. If the school doing it then Im pretty sure your mom will go for it. Also tell your mom your gunna get a pay as you go phone. That way you can get it. And they have some cool features like unlimited 411 and inlimited internet acess on some plans depending were you go. |

first right down how much money you want to have
second is what are the options the you can do to get the money
(e.g sell something, or save some extra money) thins like that
then make a list for how long will it take you to finish your goals
-- and how much money you earn in a day, week and even months according to how many you earn ...
but your problem is your mom doesn't want you to go out to get a job so think of a way to earn money w/o going out or just not to far away from home ... let me say sell some COOKIES or something... and talk to your mom about it 'coz she might change her mind a little ...

I don't know why your mom wont let you get a job if you are old enough to work. You could babysit for neighbours on weekends and save your money that way.
You could use the phone that you have at home and wait a few more years to get your own . Your mom knows best! |

you could of shuvled snow but winters over, baysite, dog walks, sell gum at school, go to ppls doors and ask them if u can take out their garbage for $2. give dogs a bath, have a garage sale, sell some books, sell cookies,chores, water plants for ppl, help with grocery bags, sell ur old games movies etc at gamestop or a movie store, make something and sell it, do a play or soemthing for some kids or be a clown if u make ppl luagh for kids, sell some old toys or clothes, sell some lemon juice or something(somewhere like a construction site etc., tutor ppl from school, sell computer games that u dont play if u have any, |

sell raffle tickets at school... charge a dollar a ticket; say the winner gets an ipod or something... a roll of 2000 tickets is like $7.

1. Save up your allowance (most basic, most obvious, LOL, sorry I just had to put that in)
2. You could do stuff with crafts. Go to wholesalers and get tons of beads and material to decorate bags and make bracelets and stuff like that
3. Turn something old of yours into something new to sell
4. Sell your old CDs that you don't like anymore
5. Get your old t-shirts that you don't wear anymore, do major makeovers on them, and sell 'em
6. Sell your old cellphone
7. Pretty much sell anything you don't need
8. Wait for a big event that's near (graduation, getting accepted into college, sweet sixteen or debutante ball thing, Christmas, your birthday, etc.) and load up on the cash that you'll receive
9. Loan cash from your friends who are rich enough to forget that you owe them anything, or maybe who are rich and generous enough to let you have the money--it doesn't have to be lots of money, just a part of what you need (I know it's wrong, but hey, it's worked for me)
10. Join easy contests that offer cash prizes (eating contests, the lottery, bingo, etc.) |
