you dont even need official forms...just a little booklet with your own risk assessment written down...i promise you - if you get onto the enviromental health dept., they will tell you the same...& if you have a problem..they will come & help.
the sound of 'risk assessment' is very scary..but in reality - its simple...i know, i am doing it at work at the moment!!
p.s. risk assessment simply means...walk around your premises & make a note of what could be a hazzard...& what you would do if an accident happened..or how would you prevent that hazzard causing a problem..... i am not sure if i have put that into words ok...??!! |

Are you in the UK? if so contact the HSE at your local authority for Risk Assesment and COSH forms.
(I don't think you need to do anything as dramatic as going to the police, unless you feel that one of your residents has had their safety or well being compromised) |
