If you have microsoft office, then I would suggest creating your own using excel.

You really need advice and a package which is tailored to you and your business needs........Go and see an accountant.
If thats not an option then try the following........
Sage Accounts - Comes in various sizes and is the market leader in bookkeeping and financial software for small and medium enterprises. The cheapest of the bunch is Sage Instant accounts at £129.
Quick Books - Or what we call in the trade Crap books. Is very user friendly and geared toawrds the ill skilled and clueless but thats just my personal opinion. Cost can be upward of £100.
Excel - Great piece of software and if you are prepared to put in the time in devising the reports you require it can prove invaluable and the most powerful. Cost of MS Office £155.
There are literally hundreds of others to choose from, some free and some totally useless. The above are the big boys in the Accountancy trade.
NONE of the above cater for timesheets other than excel.

There are lots of bookkeeping packages on the market which will all do this nicely as per many of the other answers.
If you already have Excel and are fairly proficient with this then it is far more flexible that the other suggestions although it wont give you the complete bookkeeping package.
If it is just invoices P & Ls and Balance Sheets stick with excel - but you must be fairly proficient
Otherwise go with any one of the other suggestions they are all good |

MYOB Accounting Plus software allows you to process time sheets, and incorporate them in your payroll, and your invoices if necessary. You can also import the time sheets from another programme, e.g. a clocking on programme, into the MYOB timesheets.
It will also allow you to print invoices, balance sheets, and many more reports.

You can download a free 3 month trial from their website, and play around with it.
I suggest however you ask your accountant what software they would like you to use. If you use the software they recommend, it should save you lots of money at tax time. (Of course you could find an accountant who specialises in MYOB :))
If you go with MYOB, I highly recommend you get an MYOB Certified Consultant to help you out with the set-up.
