There are several ways/chances that you can increase your money. Here are things that you have to consider.
1. High Risk or Low Risk, meaning there are businesses that have high chance of you fail.
2. Short Term or Long Term, there's investment that gives you money return very fast, but it would be high risk and long term will be slow in return money, but low risk.
3. Knowledge and/or Experience, depends on what you know and experience certain business can't be very hard or easy to adapt.
4. Time, you have to consider the efficiency of money over the time. If you decided to take the business you are comfortable with, it does not necessary gurantee moeny earning efficient.
5. Expanses/Risk Factors. You have to consider possible money lose from natural disasters, illness, accidents, and etc. Also consider the tax and so on. Usually you should have 5 times the calculated invest/expanse need to be low risk.
