Make a claim through the post office - you can get a form from them to fill in. Is there any way you can track the number at http://www.royalmail.co.uk....
Has the buyer bad feedback by any chance? :(
ps I wouldn't refund - they should have paid insurance on it. |

when i bought something from there it took over a month to arrive. I would contact the post office and see if you are able to claim for a lost parcel. |

Well the guy is in Singapore. So do you really care?
Once I had to wait three month to receive something I sent to myself in from London to France... So Singapore... it's gonna take ages! |

Hi there,
I think it is your responsibility because end of the day, you are the person who is seller here and you have sold your product to someone. If they don't receive your product you need to pay them back as per law but again cross verify with the post office whether the product is deliver to them or not. You have to be very careful because buyer can even sue you for that reason.
Thanks |

I sent a parcel that never arrived for an item sold on ebay, but even though I had proof of postage I still had to refund the buyer because they took the item to dispute. I always send send items by recorded delivery now.............once bitten, twice shy! |

Did they opt for insurance? If so then the carrier is responsible for the t-shirt replacemant. If not, once you have shipped the t your obligation has been met. You do not have to re-ship the t. |

Did you get confirmation on the package? |

I sent a parcel to Hong Kong by surface mail and it took six weeks to arrive. But then an airmail parcel got to Cyprus in less than a week. It depends how you sent it (air/surface) and what their customs department is like. |
