Here is one idea. You really should consider not wanting to work for a newer company. Look for one that is over 5 years. There are 5 areas you should evalutae: timing, the company, the compensation plan, the service/product, and the need in the market. My husband and I have people try to recruit us regularly. I evalutated the companies and found one that fit us. So, we have been working prt time and supplement our income very well. |
