There are home job opportunities out there. But like one of the posters said, the reality is you will only get paid minimum wage income. After taxes are taken out, your take home is below minimum wage. If this is sufficient amount of income, here is a home job that you can apply for. I can't guarantee that you will receive the job, but you can go apply for it.

If you need more then a minimum wage job, then I suggest you take a look at a home based business opportunities. They are not jobs, they are businesses that you would own. There is a huge difference in the two. There are plenty of options out there through many different industries. If you'd like some ideas on home based businesses, a friend of mine created a blog on my yahoo 360 page on this topic. Over half a dozen different industries to take a look at. I've . There are good and legit companies out there; however, they are NOT going to be the ones with all the bells and whistles and loud claims of getting rich easy or quickly.
Now as far as the JOB market goes, NOTHING you see that claims to make $1000's is real. JOBs that are on line pay no more than a job you would find in the newspapers.... roughly $7.00 - $10.00 an hour. That's reality. However, they don't ask for a fee either.

lol some people get so confused with what a home business is and what a job is. A job you should never pay for but just like any business there is always a startup fee (well for most). So, try to understand that there are great home businesses out there too! You might have to pay a little to get started but there are a few really good home businesses out there! Be careful with the jobs especially...because there are lots of scams out there! Anyway, I wish you good luck! Take care! |

I have tried so many of these work at home opportunities (and tons of money out the window).
The bad news is that there are many, many companies out there that are complete scams eagerly waiting to get your money. The good news is that there are home based businesses out there that are genuinely legitimate.
There are two ways to work at home:
1 - A work at home job - these are usually hard to get and pay very little. You are still working for someone else and will only make what they want you to make. It is a job so there will be no up front costs.
2. A home based business. If you can find the right one, you will reap the rewards forever. This is your business just like a brick and mortar business but at a fraction of the cost. You will usually have to pay an upfront costs ($10-$500). There is usually a monthly fee to cover websites or other company overhead. Which is very minimal compared to if you were to have a brick and mortar business (electric, sewer, inventory, etc.). There are no limits to the amount of money that you can make and the business is usually willable and sellable!
After trying and trying I finally decided on Answer #2. It seems like I made a career out of failing at home based businesses before I found the right one. I enjoy helping people make informed decisions about working at home.
I have been very successful at working at home for several years now. It is something that you have to put your mind to and be determined to succeed not matter what. There are many naysayers and negative people out there. You just have to put the blinders on and go full speed ahead with whatever you choose to do.

Ok, the previous answers sounded like they were employees or something. Im a stay at home mother and have researched this a little too. So far, the best bet I've found is a place that sends you envelopes, stamps and flyers. You fold and stuff the envelopes and UPS them back to them. You pay like $30 up front but you get that back with your first check. Each UPS shipment is like $12 but they pay you per envelope. You aren't going to make big bucks, but you could easily make an extra $100 or more a week depending on how much time you have to stuff envelopes. I haven't started yet but I'm seriously considering it. Do a google search for at home envelope stuffing or something of that sort. Check BBB website before signing up with anything! Good luck! |

You can start sell something on ebay. if you dont want to sell on ebay then 'affiliate marketing' is a solution. if you dont want to start with affiliate marketing then you can join with any online survey site to get some extra cash. If you think survey is looks like hard to do then find out any outsourcing company that will enable you to do work from home. But remember dont spend money to any online company & be carful about scam.

The work from home jobs that aren't scams actually require work on your part - and if you're in need of money soon then you're likely to be sorely disappointed in any of those as well. I have other ideas that may help - one of them is an online opportunity but another is one that will require a little effort to market yourself - try some data entry for local businesses, many of them don't have the time to do it in-house and will gladly pay someone else to do it. Professionals are a good place to start, lawyers, doctors, chiropractors, etc - they need their "in-house" folks doing other things rather than busy work.
