Check out the local laws for eligibility to label your pigs organic, that will add to your profits.
Save the manure, let it age, then use it in your garden and/or sell for others gardens.
Check local butchers for preparation prices.
Check local farmers markets and food stores that buy local meat and find out how much they pay.

I raised chickens and turkeys because they were complete in a season. I never raised pigs, because I felt my children and I would grow fond of them and not want to profit from them (or eat them).
Check you local ag. agency for info on feeding, buy quality pigs to raise and how to get them ready for slaughter.

talk to farmers in your area. if you are new to farming, this might not be a good place for you to start! you need land and all kinds of things to get started! if you want to know if it's right for you, volunteer to help out a local pig farmer for a week. There is a ton to know about farming, animals etc. There are degrees at college in agriculture.

breed them, get them fat and sell them for meat, thats probaly the only profit to make, unless you train them to do tricks.
I dont know how much of a profit you will make after you factor in feed, transport etc.
