I want to make some extra money by selling products like Avon or Mary Kay but I dont want to have parties.?

I just want to sell to people and not host shows. What's a good product to sell? Also if there was no upfront fee that would be good. I know some products like MaryKay, you have to buy Starter packages that cost like $200.

You don't have to have parties to sell Avon. You can leave books on people's doors, or ask businesses if you can place books there. The start up fee for Avon is $10.00. I have been selling Avon part time for 3 years. It is a nice way to make extra money, and it's fun too! Find out where your closest Avon district off is and get in touch with them to get started, or if you know someone who already sells, let them know you're interested and they should be able to send you in the right direction. If they are a leadership rep, they can sign you right up under them.

Another good product to sale is phones and services. You can do that with Avon or Mary Kay. I know lot's of people that do both because telecommunications is not make up. LOL But they have the make up because they get the discount for being a representative and make some extra money off of it too. win win situation there I think.

I don't know what your interests are rather than make up. I can tell you about the telecommunication industry Mary K reps are in and point you out to a few other home based business's of people I know that do very well in theres as well.

The Mary Kay starter Kit is actually $100 plus tax and shipping ( $8.95) for that you get $232 in full size products that you can sell or use yourself if you are not going to use them for demo. You also get samples and training materials, business supplies such as order forms books etc. If you don't want to host parties then it will be more difficult but you certainly can do it that way. I only say that because I find most people that try it buy it. I don't hold many parties I hold facials which is one or two people coming to my home and trying the products the other thing is you get a reorder business as oppose to always looking for new customers.

I have been in your shoes and have spent many hours online researching and trying to find the right one. The one thing that I ended up figuring out is that there are no true work from home "jobs."
