Sounds good. If there are any airports near you, you can get a kiosk really easy as a small business female. Then you can sell mega amounts of Avon to traveling folks!
For a regular mall, it may be a little harder. But if you can make a business case, you can rent a space for a cart and get one of those pretty carts that close up when you're not using it. You'll have to get a lease for the spot, and perhaps a separate lease for the cart.

You have to sign up as a rep. When you get your rep login information you can check the back office and apply for permission from avon. It's a little pricey to start but they make BANK !

Contact Mall Management (it's usually located in one of those halls where the bathrooms are.) Customer service desks can help you locate it.
A small holiday Kiosk might be worth it but I strongly doubt you'll be able to support yourself year around with the cost of the space rental.
