Franchise can be good but it also require you pay loyalties comply with their standards...etc.
Whole restaurant thing is hard to make money with. But I think lot of franchise stuff require around 25k~under 100K to start.
Check out some franchise and try deciding if you'll be better off by yourself. Franchise is tricky. It's very convenient and you'll get good support, but could also bring headache with compliance issues, loyalties...etc.
But you probably do need to do just some basic research. Like looking for good location. Or try figuring out future of area, city, location...etc. And finding good people to work for you. |

It depends what you already did.... I will sum up a few things to consider.
Create a plan with:
- With your minimum requirement (equipment, rental place m², security, service from third party "phone, Internet connection, etc..." etc...).
- Time planning for how long it will take you from the moment you start to spend till you earn your first pay check.... and build in a month delay.
- Backup plan in case it does not work immediately: advertising, etc...
Research the area if theres a need for your company. |

Go to a local university business department and most of the time they will help you by helping students learn--giving you many business plans, methods of accounting and good old business know how through reference material of similar types of businesses

Well I guess first you need to see if you can buy/rent/lease a building and then get the equipment necessary, start hiring workers, working on the menu and prices, meet with some vendors to supply the food, find out about buying some game tables and such. At that point it all depends on what you want done. But I'd say first, start looking for a building. Getting in touch with insurance companies to see what the regulations are in order to get insurance, think about hiring and attorney. |
