Apply to work for Clinque or Mac. Just go to the department stores and ask how you go about getting a job.
It's not very lucrative to sell makeup like Avon, as women like buying from the store more.
I worked for Clinique and they were a great company to work for. Lots of perks. |

You should sell for Mary Kay. Once your an official seller, you go to people's houses, help them to develop a good makeup routine, and then you sell them the products they like to them. I'm not sure how much you get paid, but I think it's an easy either part time or full time job that you get paid pretty well for. There's a mary kay consultant that comes to my house all the time and she fills me in on new stuff, gives me samples, and if I like it, I can buy the product from her. |

There is Mac but it is quite expensive Although as it is made in Canada it may be slightly cheap there and the US.
I know that there is a real demand for it in the Caribbean as it costs an arm and a leg but it seems to be a brand exclusive to large department stores although I do know of some exception...

I would check out Arbonne. I have tried it, it works great and there is pretty much no start up costs, only sign up. If you don't want a home based type of business, try working for a department store. Look at Mac or Lancome. They will train you and its a job!! |

Look for a Direct Selling company with a relatively low start up in order to not have to reinvent the wheel. It must be turn key and it must provide ongoing training and support.
That would be your best bet. |
