Most are scams or hype. Paid to read emails usually aren't worth your time. Survey's might make you a few dollars, but I've pretty much given up on them too. If anyone is telling you that you will make a lot of money with just a little bit of work.... well, enough said.
I decided that my best bet was to start my own online business by building a website. I had no idea how to do this since I only knew how to email, but I ran across a free course http://local-biz-masters.sitesell.com/Angie5.html that pointed me in the right direction. In 6 months time I learned a ton and now have a website of over 200 pages and growing. I am getting ready to begin a whole new site concept and do it again. I really love it. One of the great things about it is that you only need to work on it as you are able and at your own pace. I was so excited about it that I really spent almost ALL my spare time on it. It paid off. Here are my suggestions on finding a legitimate opportunity that's right for YOU:
- Set your financial goals -- Are you just looking for extra income or a potential full-time income? How long (and hard) are you willing to work to meet your goal?
- Determine if you are looking for a JOB or a BUSINESS -- there is a distinct difference between the two and you want to focus your energies appropriately for the best results.
- If looking for a JOB, what are your marketable skills and previous experiences? If you are looking for a BUSINESS, go with your passions, things that interest and motivate you the most. Build a list and use that to begin your search. General rule of thumb: Never pay for a job (businesses, on the other hand, usually involve some expenses).
- Review your budget -- know ahead of time what you are willing and able to invest into your business, including start-up costs and ongoing maintenance and promotion.
- Find a rep to contact, check out their websites, ask questions, do your own independent research.
- I personally also check out a company's status and consumer feedback on www.bbb.org and www.ripoffreport.com

I know you have gotten a ton of responses. There are several ways you can tell if they re not scams. Some may have been covered. If a company is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange, it is not a scam. Do not read those ripoff.com things because all those are are consumer complaints. As we all know there is nothing that makes everyone happy. The better business bureau may be able to help you out as well. If you are looking for a home business, I can show you how to get started. |

if a website sell products check its page rank and alexa ranking. i won't say that is a scam but if you want to buy thing make sure they have higher page rank and high alexa. Hi...No scam...Promise. I am a stay at home mom, and I have found a legitamate web job reading emails that gives me an extra 50 bucks a month or so, with a sign-up bonus. Read the letter, and you can judge for yourself. Or google the company, like I did myself, prior to joining.
It’s really easy and can be done in 10-15 minutes a day. Just click on emails that are sent to your email address. I personally recommend creating an email address to use just as your working email. Since providers like Yahoo and Hotmail provide these for free, this is easy to do. It is not necessary, but I have learned it is helpful to have a working email address to keep your business life and your personal life separate.
To sign up (which once again costs you NOTHING, and you get a $10 sign up bonus toward your account), visit the site I have listed near the bottom of this email. Once you get there, you fill out a little bit of info, including your email address. They then send you an email, and you have to check it to make sure you have correspondence with them; then continue the application process (i.e. your name and address so they can send you checks). Then you can pick up to 25 interest categories. Definitely be sure to check off the maximum of 25 so that you will receive the maximum number of ads possible. Pick ones having to do with home-based businesses, marketing, finance, real estate, and some health & nutrition groups. I only tell you this because these are the categories that send you the most paid advertisements. Then it takes about 24 hours (sometimes much less) for you to get authorized, and you're ready to go. You will start to receive emails from Hits4Pay that say you have new paid emails.
