There are numerous Health & Safety issues here to be dealt with! You need to contact your local Council to get them to send Environmental Health around (just give them a tip off - don't give you're name).
You have the basic human right to work in a premises where you have access to toilet and washing facilities. Speak to citizens advice. |

All I can say to you on an honest basis is that some of these online opportunities are proven to be scams that is very true therefore it is about researching to see what is genuine and what is not however some people think that online businesses are get rich quick schemes which they are not they take alot of work just like any business however the rewards for that work will be good. I have been a personal development and success coach for 5 years not and the most genuine opportunity I have found is a 3 1/2 year old company.

First of all if t's that bad call your local Health Dept.
Second, access to employees is must, those are the rules from any health dept. If your boss keeps it locked or unclean then he is breaking the law. |

if your work has a union then i would speak to them otherwise i would speak to an advice bureau, but that is not right, you should have better facilities than that! |

Call your local agency who handles that stuff. Exagerate it so they come out. Should be able to do it anonymously. |

Sorry to contradict the answer below but he doesn't have to supply a canteen?
He does however 'where possible' have to provide access to toilet/washing facilities within a reasonable distance of the workplace, the best to describe this is if a shop is in a shopping centre for example then it would have toilet facilities nearby.
If it is a standalone then there has to be a reasonable arrangement if no facilities on-site.
The fact that there are non-plummed facilities on-site the he has a duty as a lease holder/owner to ensure that they are in decent working order.
If there is any food or similar on the premises then you can report him for the level of hygiene in the workplace, if not then you still can but response will be slower and I'm not sure that the council will have the same access rights.
You need to leave this place if this is what you have to deal with. |
