The ability to be sufficiently critical about the music that your label hopes to release is important, as well as a willingness to adapt your style of production and promotion in order to achieve success. |

I had answered a question almost similar to yours, so I am going to paste the same answer:
I would suggest a few things you might consider before you deciding what to do. Ultimately you decide base on what you know and what you can do with high chances of success.
1) Spend some of those money on personal development courses.
2) Start meeting people who are positive have the drive to better themselves and be successful. Afterall, I heard of a wise saying "You are who you mix with and what you read".
3) Be open minded and start looking for business opportunity. Do thorough research. My advice: "Don't take everything that people says as fact even mine". Do your own homework and make your decision base the FACTs that you had gathered.
4)Write down criterias of the business that you may want to take up. Be clear of what you are willing to do and the risk you are willing to take.
5) See 1. Continuously improvement yourself. Have you ever thought why some people are successful in the area of business that many say it is saturated even though they are consider rookies in the business? If you have the right thinking, attitude, creative, good communicator, have clear direction and persistent, you will draw success and best of all you also draw successful people to you (and to your business venture) |
