You will need to do a survay of all the food shops and offices in the area where you want to start. Then you would need to ask people in that area if they like the idea. That is to show the bank that their is a demand for your product in that area. Once you have done that you will need to work out how many sandwiches you will sell in a day and in a year. What will be the cost for your ingrediants, rent and staff. This is what the bank wants to know. |

go to a job centre and depending on your age they should give you pointers of where to go for advoce, also you will need a food hygene certificate if not get to your local catering college and they will definatly help you! |

You can google 'business plans' and it will give a list of resources. There is also business plan software, costs about $85, the step-by-step on the software isn't very good, but it acts as a link to a repository of business plans that are used as examples. The examples were more valuable. |
