Whether its daily or weekly...a piece of advice..Do not use the same route and varies your travel pattern from point to point. Incase of robbery. Good Luck! |

It depends on your level of turnover.
I would personally take the takings to the bank daily or every second day.
If your turnover is sufficient, you might be able to arrange an armoured service to pick up your takings. |

As often as possible. Excess takings sitting around in the business premises aren't doing anything for your bank interest and are at risk in the event of a robbery. Plus, as others have already said, go at different times, use different routes and disguise what you are carrying. |

If you are running a cash business, you can pay suppliers and wages in cash. This will save you banking fees. Weekly surpluses can be deposited weekly. Obviously you need a safe to store cash safely and would need to insure your average weeks takings. |

daily, one becuase its easier to keep a track on profit and expenses and 2 because you dont want a weeks worth of takings in your shop lying around. |

that depends on how much cash you feel comfortable having on hand. It's always a good idea to take it straight to the bank, so if, by the growing crime rates everywhere, you get robbed, you don't have THAT much for them to take. If you wait until the end of the week, you could end up losing THOUSANDS!!!! Also, in the event of a disaster, like fire or flood in the building where you keep the money. The bank is insured, and if you make a deposit, it's recorded. If you keep it at home, and something happens, how do you prove to the insurance company that you had ......$17,468.97? |
