Yeah if they are a good person then that's all that matters. I wouldn't employ them for a telemarketer or call centre job though only because I find them incredibly hard to understand over the phone.

Everyone would be employed on an equal basis. As long as they worked the required amount of continuous work in any one given work span per day then no problem.
