Have a look at your skills and what your neighbourhood needs. You're unlikely to get a proper job so you'll have to be creative;
washing cars
dog washing/walking
selling sweets
selling things on Ebay |

if you have younger siblings, you can babysit them while your parents are out. you can also work in a library, they give good pay and it's an easy job. you can do more chores around the house and have an increase in allowance.
hope this helps. good luck! |

A paper round is a good idea, i have one! They're easy to get and not very hard to do either, and you can do it when you're 13. Just look in the newspaper to find a company.
