How many of the people who tell you that ebay is bad have actually tried to sell (or as you say "sale") jewelry on it? Lots of people make money on ebay. Try it first before you go to the expense of your own website. |

if you want a very niced "canned" solution that can handle ALL of your future needs, I recommend volusion. However, you mention domain name. You can attach a domain name to any site so don't let your domain name hold you back from choosing the best service.

We use and recommend Go Daddy. I have a jewelry site and my husband is a techie guy and says it's the best. It is fairly easy to maintain and the shopping cart feature is included so you don't have to build it or anything. Also, when selling online, it's important to have it secure and to prove it--Go Daddy provides this as well (example on our site link below). I also recently asked a question about hosting an e-commerce solution (link below) but I was looking for something more complicated. |
