If you are looking for an honest oppinion, as far as your web page goes, it looks plain, bland, and looks like something my younger sister could write up with basic html codes... 3 Basic frames, no links it just looks like it was designed in about 20 minutes, If I were you I'd take a little more time to design a site that makes you look a bit more professional. Remember the people viewing this site will be potential customers, I dont think you really need a hit counter on your business page, besides most hosting companies have ways for you to track how many hits you have without that....
the little apple, penguin, windows image should not be programmed as a link, you need to use different html codes rather than using it as a button, you need to just make it an embeded image.
so maybe design a little more of a professional page. Prices are eh, usually the little companies charge less money their goal is to save people money to try and entise them into using their service, if your prices are so high that you will "match" firedog obviously you are overpriced... also if I were you i'd make sure you are allowed to use their name on your webpage, considering their name and firedogs name are both registered trademarks there may be a chance that you are breaking the law by publishing their name on your site. |

That looks pretty nice. I personally think it looks a bit expensive, but then I don't know how much it costs to run your business and provide your services.
I'd recommend distributing fliers or business cards throughout the community, in public places such as coffee shops, restaurants, etc.. Social networking can also help. |

It's really basic. What you need to do is to attract customer to you site by providing good information. Information such as the importance of backing up your data, and how to back up your data. Create a Free Report on something like :what can cause your computer to run slower, talk about Spyware and now to protect yourself from that slowing your computer down. Have them opt into your site and send them a newsletter twice a month on tips and tricks on computers, software performance. This way the get to know you and trust you...Who do you think they'll call when they have a problem. Someone who has been giving them value already. Add content ot your website that is what the search engines like and what people like to read. Also have a Links tab or something like Resources tab and start exchanging links with other people. One last thing for now. Where are you Located. You have NO information on your Location. No Phone number. I know people love the Internet but business is done person to person. Speaking on the phone and of course you will make house calls....will you drive 100mile 200 miles or 3000 miles. Let people know hat areas you service. what type of work you can do over the phone and the internet and what type of repair will need onsite service.
Great idea though Keep up the good work and keep growing and adding value to your customers and you will do well |

Looks fine, but a couple of things -
1) run a spellcheck on the site!
2) why put the link to circuit city? Why not just advertise that you will undercut their price, without making it too easy for the customer to leave your site and go to theirs? Once they're there they may decide to stay! And if you really do want to leave the sitelink on there, at least configure it so that it opens in a new window, and your window remains open, rather than closing yours down and going to theirs. |

Mike I think it looks great and your prices are acutally a little low. Don't sell yourself short.
Most people believe in those that are not too cheap. Then let them have a cut in the price for some promotionals you do.
If you do know what your doing people will pay. and more likely they will pay more for someone who knows what they are doing.
I have a friend up here in mt that does the same thing and he charges quite a bit more and gets it.
He is now working for state and local politicians. He has also done some work for some higher up politicians.
I got him into our BNI group in january and he is now having to hire a staff.

Looked at the site and that's something already covered. My question to you is this? How did you come up with your pricing if you don't know what local competitors in Broward County are charging??
You mention Circuit City...and? If you don't know what they are charging for the same services, you just sent your 'prospects' to find out - don't think they'll come back because the thinking will be: Well, we're already at Circuit City, why not just let them do it!
Suggestion: Get on the phone and start checking what others in your area are charging (including Circuit City) for the exact same services and find out how your service is different or better. 'We'll come to your home' isn't different, it's kinda - so what? Are you trying to get consumers, home based business people or who? Give them a reason to buy - not a reason to go elsewhere.
