bring in paperwork, they like that. Say that you are willing to learn anything that you dont already know...they LOVE that......Make good eye contact and smile.
If you bring in paperwork they will be impressed as it shows yu have researched the job |

Eye contact always
Good firm handshake
never fiddle with your fingers
genuine smile if you can
answer questions honestly
ask questions according to the relevance of the post
short answers , don't go on and on with one answer.
Be confident if you can
A good prospective employer will know it's a nervous time
Don't forget , they will be nervous too. |

GOOD LUCK! I am in the midst of interviewing myself. It can be very stressful.
My suggestions: get there 10-15 minutes early. Turn your cell phone off. :) Have a pen, a copy of your resume with you and a typed list of your references, in case they ask (that way you have all the info. handy). I usually put these in a nice folder. Of course, dress nicely (we all know that, right-although I have seen some people wear inappropriate clothing). Be prepared to tell them what you have been doing, what experiences you have that relate to this job specifically. RELAX. Don't get yourself too nervous. I always go over all of these things and then stop once I am comfortable. Then, I don't think about it anymore until I am there. Think of some questions you may like to ask them at the end, maybe something specific about the dealership. That way, they know you have researched and are interested in them.
I hope it goes well for you! |

biggest tip of mine is to RELAX. don't stress about it. look nice, but not too nice, don't fidget, and SMILE. also, offer your hand when the interviewer comes out. and smile then too.
generally, smiling is best at all times. |

Dress professionally... a suit if you have it. Wear limited makeup and jewelry, and if your hair is long, wear it in a bun or ponytail.
Maintain eye contact and smile. Sit up straight. (I know these are basic things, but we all tend to forget them when we're nervous!!)
Make sure to speak clearly and slowly when answering questions. Do not interrupt or use slang or cursewords. Do not badmouth your former employers.
You want to convey to them that you are professional, polite, patient, helpful, and tactful, because you will be the front line for their customers and they want you to be a good representative of their company.
Good luck! |

Ask what their labour turnover is - nothing worse than saying "no" when they ask if you have any questions. |
